Terms & Agreement
  • Fast delivery applies to basic landing pages and begins when your project is started during working hours (Mon–Fri).
  • We begin your project (Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM). It does not begin at time of payment.
  • Delivery time may be extended for complex requests, additional pages, or delayed communication.
  • Hosting, domain registration, email setup, and advanced features are not included unless specified and paid for separately.
  • Invoices must be paid in full before work begins.
  • No refunds will be issued once the work has started unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Prices and delivery timelines are subject to change based on project complexity.
  • All designs created by HawtPawket remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. HawtPawket reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, logos, content, and timely responses. Delays in communication can extend the project timeline.
  • Each project includes one round of basic revisions. Additional changes beyond that may require additional charges depending on complexity.
  • We may use third-party services (e.g., fonts, plugins, APIs). We are not liable for issues arising from these external tools or services.
  • While we strive for fast delivery, availability is limited to working hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST) and may be affected by holidays or volume of requests.
  • HawtPawket is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses that may arise from the use of the delivered website or services.
